SPYSCAPE is an exciting new education and entertainment brand which helps you see yourself and the world more clearly, through the lens of spying. SPYSCAPE operates a museum and experience in New York City, and has commercial, creative and technology teams in London.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised Office Manager to join our friendly team in our London offices. Experience in Ecommerce would be a bonus.

The role is dynamic and varied and would suit someone who wants to work for a small/medium sized company, and enjoy meaningful involvement in a fast-growing creative business.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and motivated, and keen to dive into a dynamic working environment to learn and grow.


  • Responsible for championing the office environment by developing policies and procedures, and managing their implementation
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment needs
  • Manage relationships with vendors; ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Ensure that the day to day functions of the office run smoothly
  • Provide support as and when required to other members of staff
  • Provide ad-hoc and scheduled reporting
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events


  • Accurate with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent communication & time management skills
  • Experience dealing with confidential information
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills and able to multitask
  • Ability to work well independently and under pressure
  • Friendly, reliable and flexible. Personable, but highly professional.
  • Able to learn new tasks and grow in the role.
